The Virtual Annual Meeting is April 24, 2021

As a Member of GOLD, you're invited to take part in our 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting. We encourage you to join us as we reflect on the successes and challenges of 2020, our goals for 2021 and beyond, and more. The meeting will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 11:30 AM via GoToMeeting. All participants interested in joining are required to register by Wednesday, April 21, 2021.

If you're unable to attend the meeting virtually and would like to explore other options, please email our Communications Department.

How Does the Annual Meeting Work?

If you're not familiar with our Annual Meetings or haven't attended in the past, we've got the scoop for what to expect.

State of GOLD Credit Union: Hear from our President & CEO, Cheryl Bartholomew, and learn about the successes and challenges we were met with in 2020, and the goals and initiatives we've got in place looking ahead in 2021 and beyond.

Elections: There are currently three (3) Board positions and three (3) Supervisory Committee positions available in 2021. The Nominating Committee has selected three (3) candidates for the Board positions and three (3) candidates for the Supervisory Committee positions.

Any Member interested in running for a Board or Supervisory Committee position should contact Dan Moffitt, Board Secretary, at 610-838-9276. Mr. Moffitt will provide the information and requirements necessary to submit a nomination petition. The nomination petition must be signed by at least 1% of the Members in good standing, a minimum of 87 and a maximum of 500 signatures. Completed petitions must be submitted by noon on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Because there is already at least one nominee for each position, there will be no nominations from the floor during the Annual Meeting.
A vote will be held only if there are more than three (3) Board candidates or three (3) Supervisory Committee candidates. Should a vote be held, every GOLD Credit Union Member who is 18 or older and logged into the virtual meeting with their full name displayed is entitled to vote.

Member Q & A: The annual meeting is jam-packed with important information, and we're sure you'd like to share your questions, comments, and suggestions for how GOLD can continue to best serve our Members and local community.
