The Virtual Annual Meeting is April 28, 2022

As a Member of GOLD, you're invited to take part in our 2022 Virtual Annual Meeting. We encourage you to join us as we reflect on the successes and challenges of 2021, our goals for 2022 and beyond, and more. The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at 6:00 PM via GoToMeeting. All participants interested in joining are required to register by Monday, April 25, 2022. We're looking forward to seeing you virtually!

If you're unable to attend the meeting virtually and would like to explore other options, please email our Communications Department.

How Does the Annual Meeting Work?

If you're not familiar with our Annual Meetings or haven't attended in the past, we've got the scoop on what you can expect.

State of GOLD Credit Union: Hear from our President & CEO, Cheryl Bartholomew, and learn about the successes and challenges we were met with in 2021, and the goals and initiatives we've got in place looking ahead in 2022 and beyond.

Elections: There are currently three (3) Board positions and one (1) Supervisory Committee position available in 2022. The Nominating Committee has selected three (3) candidates for the Board positions and one (1) candidate for the Supervisory Committee position.

Any Member interested in running for a Board or Supervisory Committee position should contact Dan Moffitt, Board Secretary, at 610-838-9276. Mr. Moffitt will provide the information and requirements necessary to submit a nomination petition. The nomination petition must be signed by at least 1% of the Members in good standing, a minimum of 89 and a maximum of 500 signatures. Completed petitions must be submitted by noon on Monday, March 14, 2022. Because there is already at least one nominee for each position, there will be no nominations from the floor during the Annual Meeting.
A vote will be held only if there are more than three (3) Board candidates or one (1) Supervisory Committee candidate. Should a vote be held, every GOLD Credit Union Member who is 18 or older and logged into the virtual meeting with their full name displayed is entitled to vote.

Member Q & A: The annual meeting is jam-packed with important information, and we'd like to encourage you to ask questions or share comments and suggestions for how GOLD can continue to best serve our Members and local community.
