Financing higher education the GOLD way
Furthering your education is an investment with a big return, but the costs can be overwhelming. Federal aid covers only so much, leaving you and your family to absorb the remaining sum. It's no surprise that many see the college funding process as frustrating — if not infuriating!
As a Member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution, we find this unacceptable. We believe our Members should have the opportunity to explore their passions and develop their talents, giving them the skills they need to become highly successful, on their own terms.
As such, we're here to help you understand your financing options, so you can choose the best loan(s) to fit your needs. As with our other lending options, we pool our resources to offer you significant cost-savings over other private lenders.
GOLD Education Loans
We've designed our GOLD Education Loans to help make getting an education more accessible for our Members. They're the perfect solution to fill the funding gap after your federal aid, scholarships, and grants have been exhausted. You can borrow up to $50,000, and your loan comes with all of the features you'd expect, including:
- Easy online application
- Competitive fixed rates
- Multiple repayment options up to 72 months
- No prepayment penalties
Proceeds are made payable directly to the academic institution you are attending.
