Lock Your Card

Need to keep your spending on your credit or debit card to a minimum? Want to monitor your kids' spending habits? Have you misplaced one of your cards and need to prevent potential fraudulent charges from occurring? Whether it's for personal or security reasons, you can use the card lock feature to turn your card off and on as you please.

Locking your card is designed to deactivate your card for as long or as little as you'd like. Once the card is deactivated, debits/charges will be denied, but credits, deposits, and any recurring payments you may have scheduled will still be permitted.

If the need ever arises to lock your card, you can do so in the "Manage Card" section. Simply tap the green toggle switch to slide it over and lock your card. When you're ready to unlock your card, click the green toggle to change it back to active.
